  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. nondairy whipped topping, divided
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • shaved chocolate

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Melt margarine and combine with flour and pecans.

    Mix well and pat into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes; let cool.

    Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup nondairy whipped topping.

    Spread evenly over baked crust.

    Combine instant pudding mixes with 2 cups milk, according to package directions.

    Spread pudding mixture evenly over cream cheese layer.

    Spread remaining nondairy whipped topping over pudding layer.
