- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 medium Onion
- 1 medium tomatoe
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 cup of milk if desired
Directions

1Chop all veggies and place in a medium size bowl.

2Mix all the eggs and add the milk(optional), and pepper and salt.

3If you hadn't already added the cilantro, chop finely, then add into the bowl.

4Mix all ingredents.

5Heat skillet, add oil or butter to let the eggs not stick.

6Pour mixture.

7Cook thoroughly.

8Plop result on a plate.

9Add cheese if wanted.
