Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 medium Onion
  • 1 medium tomatoe
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup of milk if desired

Directions

    Chop all veggies and place in a medium size bowl.

    Mix all the eggs and add the milk(optional), and pepper and salt.

    If you hadn't already added the cilantro, chop finely, then add into the bowl.

    Mix all ingredents.

    Heat skillet, add oil or butter to let the eggs not stick.

    Pour mixture.

    Cook thoroughly.

    Plop result on a plate.

    Add cheese if wanted.
