  • 1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Empty partially thawed hash browns in large bowl.

    Combine balance of ingredients and mix into the potatoes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika for color.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°. (Very good with ham dinner.)
