Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.

    Bring pineapple juice and fruit, lemon juice and sugar to a boil.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat and add gelatine.

    Let mixture cool until partly set, then add grated cheese and whipped cream.

    Place in 12 to 14 individual molds and chill until firm.

    Serve with following dressing.
