- 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
- 6 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. pecans
Directions

1Mix sugars and flour.

2Blend in butter.

3In another bowl, mix eggs, vanilla and syrup; add to sugar mixture.

4Add chocolate chips and pecans.

5Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake until almost firm at 350° for 45 minutes.
