- 5 cups flour + 2 1/2 cups additional flour
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar
- 3 pkg dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 quart milk, scalded and cooled
Directions

1In large bowl, beat 5 cups flour, sugar, oil, yeast and milk.

2Mix well and let rise in warm location, free from drafts for about 1 hour.

3Beat down with spoon or mixer.

4Sift together remaining ingredients and knead into dough.

5Roll and cut into biscuits. Freeze on cookie sheets, then place in plastic bag.

6Store in freezer to use as needed.
