  • 2 qt. OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, chopped
  • 1-1/2 qt. Green peppers, chopped
  • 3 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Unsalted butter
  • 96 each eggs
  • - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, cubed
  • - salt
  • - black pepper

Directions

    Saute ham, green peppers and onion in butter on flat-top grill until vegetables are tender.

    Add eggs; cook on low heat until set, stirring occasionally.

    Add cream cheese; cook until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.

    Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Hold in steam table pans up to 1 hour.
