- 2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 17 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix water and sugar.

2Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

3Place marshmallow cream in bowl and pour hot syrup into cream.

4Beat until the mixture loses its gloss.

5Add nuts, vanilla and salt. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
