  • 34 cup milk
  • 34 cup flour
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in blender for 30 seconds.

    Add butter & blend 5 seconds.

    Allow to rest 45 minutes.

    For small dessert crepes us 1/4 Cup batter in 6-inch crepe pan.

    Crepes may be made ahead, staked & covered with damp towel.
