  • 1 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Cherries
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chunks Or Chips

Directions

    In a small pot over medium heat, add coconut milk and salt and bring to a simmer.

    Add oatmeal and reduce heat to medium low. Stir often and cook oatmeal for about 10 minutes until oats are tender and liquid has cooked down.
