  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. blanched almonds
  • cayenne pepper
  • salt

Directions

    Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add almonds and saute gently until very light brown.

    Place nuts in cake pan and sprinkle with cayenne and salt.

    Shake well. Serve hot.
