- 6 large carrots
- 1/3 c. butter/margarine
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Quarter the carrots lengthwise and cook until just tender. Saute partially cooked carrots in butter for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook about 10 more minutes.
