- 2/3 c. pre-cooked rice
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Stir to moisten rice, then mix in the above ingredients; cover and simmer slowly 25-30 minutes.
