- 1 doz. large clams
- 1/3 as many bread crumbs as you have clams
- 1 tsp. butter
- scant tsp. mustard
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. clam broth
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients and let stand for bread crumbs to absorb liquid.

2Mixture should be moist.

3Fill the half clam shells.

4Sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
