Ingredients

  • 1 doz. large clams
  • 1/3 as many bread crumbs as you have clams
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • scant tsp. mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. clam broth

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients and let stand for bread crumbs to absorb liquid.

    Mixture should be moist.

    Fill the half clam shells.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle each with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
