- 1/2 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat, flaked very fine
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. oil
- 4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Combine crabmeat, onion, sherry, parsley, egg yolk, salt, pepper and mustard; blend until well mixed.

2Shape teaspoon of the mixture into balls.

3Grease baking pan with oil.

4Lightly roll crabmeat balls in the bread crumbs.

5Arrange on baking pan.

6Bake in 400° oven 10 minutes or until browned.

7Makes 32 appetizers. Each ball contains 10 calories.
