- 1 c. soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. flaked fresh crab meat
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter (1/2 stick), melted
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 green onion (with top), chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease six 6 ounce ramekins (or you can use 6 large crab shells).

3Mix bread crumbs and milk in a large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients gently.

4Spoon into shells.

5Place shells in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
