- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. crabmeat
- 2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- bread crumbs
- paprika
Directions

1Cook crabmeat, milk, margarine and cornstarch until like mayonnaise.

2Add salt and pepper to taste, mustard and vinegar. Pour into well-greased baking dish.

3Sprinkle bread crumbs and paprika on top.

4Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
