- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. slaw dressing
Directions

1Slice eggs in half.

2Mash egg yolks; set aside.

3Combine vinegar, butter, sugar, salt and pepper in a 2 cup measure bowl. Microwave on High (100%) for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes or until boiling. Stir in mashed egg yolks and slaw dressing until smooth.

4Fill each egg white half with a heaping tablespoonful of filling.
