- 6 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (plain)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- sweet pickle relish (optional)
- paprika
Directions

1Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.

2Bring to a boil and continue for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and replace with cool water for eggs to cool.

4Remove shell from eggs.

5Cut eggs in half (lengthwise) and remove the yolk.

6Place the yolk in a bowl and mash with a fork.

7Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and pickles.

8Mix well.

9Spoon the mixture into a pocket of each egg half and sprinkle paprika on top.

10Makes 12.
