  • 24 eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cole slaw dressing
  • 3/4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

    Cook eggs until hard-cooked.

    Adding Heinz vinegar to water prior to cooking keeps eggs from cracking during cooking.

    It will be easier to remove the shells afterwards.

    Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.

    Mash thoroughly, using hand mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients while continuing to mix.

    Refill whites with mixture, using egg pastry bag or a spoon.

    Makes 48 deviled eggs.
