- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of onion powder
Directions

1Remove yolks from whites and place in blender with remaining ingredients.

2Blend at medium speed until mixture is smooth.

3Stop blender and scrap sides occasionally.

4Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites.
