- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. pickle juice
- all-purpose seasoning to taste
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Boil eggs until hard-boiled.

2Cool, shell and then cut in half.

3Place egg white on serving plate.

4Remove yolks and place in a bowl.

5Mix egg yolks, pickle juice, mayonnaise, mustard and all-purpose seasoning together.

6Scoop ingredients with a tablespoon into the egg white.

7Sprinkle with paprika.

8Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
