- 6 large or jumbo cold, hard boiled eggs
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. white or cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Paprika
Directions

1Peel egg. Cut in half lengthwise.

2Remove egg yolks. Place egg whites in shallow container. Mash egg yolks with a fork, one at a time, until they are of a powdery consistency. Place yolks in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Mix until light and fluffy.

3Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Store in covered container in the refrigerator.

4Make 12 deviled eggs, but recipe can be doubled.
