  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1 Tbsp. cream or mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)

Directions

    Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.

    Remove yolks with fork.

    Smash yolks.

    Add rest of ingredients; beat until well mixed.

    Fill egg whites with mixture.

    Garnish tops with dash of paprika, chopped parsley or chopped chives.
