- 1 doz. eggs
- mayonnaise
- 1 or 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley flakes
- milk
- paprika
Directions

1Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Remove shells and cut eggs in halves.

2Remove the yolks and put into a medium size bowl.

3Use a chopper and break egg yolks until they are very fine.

4Add mayonnaise, a little at a time, mixing with a fork.

5Add the rest of the ingredients.

6The parsley flakes are mostly for color so add as little or as much as you want.

7Your texture may now seem dry.

8Add a little milk at a time until the mixture is creamy, not too dry.

9Using a teaspoon, start filling the eggs.

10Sprinkle with paprika.

11Chill until ready to serve.
