  • hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 to 2 tsp. mustard

    Remove shells from cooked eggs.

    Cut eggs in half crosswise. Remove yolk.

    Mash yolk with fork.

    Add salt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and mashed yolk; stir.
