- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (I use white pepper)
Directions

1Cover eggs with water an inch above.

2Add salt and eggs. Cover.

3Bring to a boil.

4Remove from heat.

5Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes in hot water.

6Remove from hot water.

7Rinse with cold water.

8Peel and cut lengthwise.

9Remove yolks with fork and blend in other ingredients.

10Re-fill whites using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half.
