Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper (I use white pepper)

    Cover eggs with water an inch above.

    Add salt and eggs. Cover.

    Bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes in hot water.

    Remove from hot water.

    Rinse with cold water.

    Peel and cut lengthwise.

    Remove yolks with fork and blend in other ingredients.

    Re-fill whites using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half.
