  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.

    Slip out yolks and mash with fork, then add salt, dry mustard, pepper, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.

    Mix together well.

    Fill whites with egg yolk mixture. Arrange eggs on large serving plate.

    Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
