- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.

2Slip out yolks and mash with fork, then add salt, dry mustard, pepper, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.

3Mix together well.

4Fill whites with egg yolk mixture. Arrange eggs on large serving plate.

5Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.
