- 1 dozen eggs
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- paprika, to taste
Directions

1Put eggs in a large saucepan with enough water to cover 1/4 to 1/2 inch above eggs.

2Bring to a boil.

3Set timer for 10 minutes, drain.

4Run cold water over eggs to cool.

5Peel and slice eggs lengthwise.

6Separate yolks.

7Mix yolks, mustard and mayonnaise.

8Stuff into whites with spoon and fork.

9Garnish with paprika.
