  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles and juice
  • pepper and salt

    Boil eggs and let cool.

    Cut in half.

    Remove yolks.

    Blend yolks and dressing until smooth.

    Add pickle, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
