  • 8 eggs, hard-cooked
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • some sweet pickles, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • paprika (to sprinkle)

Directions

    Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.

    With a teaspoon, carefully remove yolks to a small bowl.

    Set whites aside.

    Mash yolks until fine and crumbly.

    Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and sweet pickles.

    Mix well.

    Fill white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
