- 8 eggs, hard-cooked
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- some sweet pickles, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- paprika (to sprinkle)
Directions

1Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.

2With a teaspoon, carefully remove yolks to a small bowl.

3Set whites aside.

4Mash yolks until fine and crumbly.

5Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar and sweet pickles.

6Mix well.

7Fill white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
