  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved lengthwise and yolks removed
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle, chopped
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion

    Mash egg yolks with a fork.

    Garnish with sliced stuffed olives, paprika or parsley.
