- 18 whole Eggs, Hard-Boiled
- 3 Tablespoons (heaping) Of Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
Directions

1Place eggs in a large wide saucepan and cover with cold water.

2Bring to a boil for 12 minutes.

3Remove eggs and and cool in refrigerator.

4Remove shells from eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

5Separate egg yolks and place into a bowl.

6Place whites on a separate plate.

7Add mayo, mustard, relish and salt and pepper, to taste, to yolks and mash together with a fork until creamy and smooth.

8Using a large star tip and resealable plastic bag, pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg, enough to fill yolk holes completely.

9Dust tops with paprika.

10Refrigerate.

11Serve cold.
