- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 12 cup fresh basil leaf, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1Peel hard boiled eggs and cut them lengthwise.

2Carefully remove yolks; place yolks in a bowl.

4Mash yolks with a fork.

5Place basil and mayonnaise in bowl of food processor; blend about 2 minutes.

6Add mixture to yolks, mix.
