- 1 dozen large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, such as Hellman's
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Paprika, to top
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cover the eggs with an inch of water.

2Bring the eggs to a boil, then turn off the water and cover for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Drain the eggs and cover with very cold water.

4Carefully peel the eggs.

5Slice lengthwise and separate the yolks, putting them in a bowl, and set the whites aside.

6Mash the yolks and mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce and salt.

7Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the whites.

8Dust with paprika and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
