- salt and pepper to taste (I use white pepper)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 cake decorating bag
Directions

1Boil eggs.

2Cool overnight in refrigerator.

3Peel eggs and cut in half.

4Scoop out yolk into medium bowl.

5Place white on nice tray.

6Cover with Saran Wrap.

7Place in refrigerator.
