Deviled Eggs Recipe

  • Boiled Large eggs
  • Mayonnaise Or possibly
  • Lowfat sour cream Or possibly
  • Plain yogurt
  • Dry mustard
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper

Directions

    Slice boiled Large eggs in half lengthwise, or possibly slice off both ends leaving a barrel- shaped container.

    Carefully remove yolks, and put yolks into a small to medium-sized mixing bowl.

    Mix yolks with sufficient mayonnaise (or possibly lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt) to moisten yolks into a smooth, creamy paste.

    Add in the rest of the basic ingredients to taste and mix till well blended.

    Add in any optional ingredients you like, and mix till well blended.

    Very carefully refill egg whites with prepared yolk mix.

    For a fancier effect, use a pastry tube to put the yolks back into the whites.

    Chill till just before serving.
