- 4 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 pkg. wheat crackers
Directions

1Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.

2Mash yolks and 1 egg white with fork.

3Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, onion and 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.

4Chop remaining (3) egg whites.

5Place chopped egg whites

6on serving plate.

7Spread egg yolk mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
