- 1 doz. eggs, boiled
- 1/2 lb. or more bacon
- mayo
- salt and pepper

1Brown bacon; drain and crumble up.

2Cut boiled eggs lengthwise, carefully removing yolks.

3Place yolks into a bowl, mixing in enough mayo to make yolk mixture creamy.

4Stir in bacon, then salt and pepper to taste.

5Spoon yolk and bacon mixture carefully into egg whites.

6Sprinkle lightly with paprika for color; chill and serve.
