  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons green olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 -4 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • salt and pepper

    Mash the egg yolks well in a bowl.

    Add the olives and stir in the mayonnaise.
