  • 3/4 pound cooked ham, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced sweet pickle

Directions

    In a food processor grind the ham until it is minced, add the mustard, the butter, the honey, and the cloves, and blend the mixture until it is smooth.
