Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In heavy skillet, put oil.

2Add onion, bell pepper and celery which has been finely chopped.

3Cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add hamburger meat.

4Cook until it loses its pink color, about 10 minutes.

5Add tomato soup and water; stir well.

6Cover.

7Cook on low heat for 1 hour.

8When done, spoon on hamburger buns, which have been toasted, and spread with mayonnaise.
