Deviled Pecan Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 to 4 drops hot sauce
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped

    Combine first 3 ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans.

    Chill 2 hours or until firm.

    Divide mixture to make 2 balls or maybe leave together to make 1 large ball.

    Roll in pecans and chill until ready to serve.

    Serve with your favorite crackers.
