- 1 tsp. mustard
- 3 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. water
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- red pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt, both peppers and garlic salt. Heat shortening in skillet.
