- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Heat shortening in skillet; brown chops on both sides.

2Add water. Add other ingredients (mixed together) over top of chops.
