  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 6 Tbsp. salsa
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Marinate pork chops 1 hour in marinade of remaining ingredients, except water. Drain chops, reserving marinade.

    Wipe dry and brown chops in a greased skillet.

    Heat marinade with water and pour around chops in baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
