Deviled Scallops

- 1 lb. scallops
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. buttered crumbs
Directions

1Simmer scallops in small amount of water for 2 to 3 minutes if small scallops and 5 minutes if larger.

2Drain and save liquid. Cut up scallops and add to butter which is creamed with seasonings and 1/3 cup reserved liquid.

3Let stand 1/2 hour in baking dish. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
