Deviled Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/3 c. buttered crumbs

Directions

    Simmer scallops in small amount of water for 2 to 3 minutes if small scallops and 5 minutes if larger.

    Drain and save liquid. Cut up scallops and add to butter which is creamed with seasonings and 1/3 cup reserved liquid.

    Let stand 1/2 hour in baking dish. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
