Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, peeled salad shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix all except bread crumbs and margarine.

    Mound in individual seafood shells or spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Garnish with lemon slices and sprigs of parsley.
