- 1 1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 3 Tbsp. dry fine bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water until tender-crisp (5 to 7 minutes).

2Drain.

3Melt butter in skillet; add onion, mustard and thyme.

4Cook for 2 minutes.

5Add bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste.

6Cook 1 more minute.

7Add this mixture to the drained Brussels sprouts.

8Shake/stir to cover the sprouts with the seasoned mixture.

9Cook until desired doneness.
