- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 3/4 c. oleo, melted
- 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Cook zucchini and onion until tender.

2Combine mushroom soup (golden) and sour cream.

3Stir in carrots and add zucchini and onion.

4With fork, mix melted butter and stuffing.

5Spread 2/3 of stuffing in 7 x 11-inch pan lightly greased.

6Spoon mixture over the top.

7Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over all.

8Bake in oven at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
